Justin Goldstein, Esq.

Justin brings deep local roots and extensive federal litigation experience to his Social Security Disability practice. Born and raised in Syracuse, New York, Justin earned his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University before pursuing his legal education at Gonzaga University College of Law, where he graduated in 2008. He further specialized his expertise by earning an LLM in Health Law and Policy from Seton Hall University College of Law in 2010.

With over 15 years of experience devoted exclusively to Social Security Disability Law, Justin has built an impressive track record advocating for disabled claimants. He has represented clients at more than 2,000 administrative hearings and has taken over 1,500 cases to the US District Court level on appeal. His current practice focuses primarily on US District Court appeals of Social Security denials following an Appeals Council denial.

  • Personal When not advocating for his clients, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife of 10 years and their two active boys, ages 6 and 8. The family stays busy with Cub Scouts activities, soccer, bike rides, and fishing. A devoted Syracuse sports fan, Justin has been a multi-year season ticket holder for Syracuse football, maintaining his strong connection to his hometown community.

Kerry Goldstein

Kerry earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from University at Buffalo in 2007. While initially pursuing a career in education, she discovered a strong passion for the legal field and for helping individuals navigate difficult life challenges. Motivated by that calling, she continued her professional training and obtained her Paralegal Certification from University at Buffalo in 2009.

Born and raised in Penfield, Kerry has dedicated nearly 16 years exclusively to the field of Social Security Disability law. She is known for her compassionate approach, attention to detail, and commitment to guiding clients through the disability process with professionalism, empathy, and care. Kerry values building meaningful, lasting relationships with clients and takes pride in helping them feel supported every step of the way.

Outside of the office, Kerry is a proud mother of two energetic boys, ages 6 and 8. In her free time, she enjoys reading, puzzles, traveling, and cheering on Syracuse Orange alongside her husband, Justin.
